Become a Love and Logic parent. A 12-hour curriculum designed to give you practical skills to be used immediately! Choose from one of two fall sessions: Monday evenings from 7:00 - 9:00 starting September 19 - October 24 or Saturday mornings from 8:30 - 12:30 October 8, 15 & 22. Am I Hungry Mindful Eating Workshop will be held Monday evenings from 5:00 - 6:30 pm starting September 12 - October 31 in the Capstone conference room. 2011 Sports Physical Results

Capstone Family Medicine is ecstatic about the success seen July/August in our clinics. Our annual $15 sports physicals proved to be a huge hit with students, parents and staff. We conducted physicals for local students over 5 evenings in Wasilla and 3 evenings in Eagle River spanning 3 weeks. In all, 133 students came through our doors. That means over $1300.00 will be donated back into the students' respective schools. Thank you for allowing us to be a big part of our communities by participating in this event. Capstone Family Medicine will be offering $15.00 cash only sports physicals starting Tuesday July 26th. This special offer is only on select days/times at our 2 locations. A portion of the fee will be donated to the athletes home school. Dates and times are as follows:
